Call List provides AI-powered call screening and protection services designed to help protect elderly and vulnerable individuals from phone scams and fraudulent calls.

Our Service includes:

• Automated call screening using artificial intelligence
• Call transcript generation and scam risk assessment
• Family dashboard for monitoring and managing protection
• Trusted contact list management
• Email notifications and reporting

Important: While our Service is designed to help protect against scams, no system is 100% effective. Users should always exercise caution with unknown callers.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Accounts may be suspended for non-payment
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically

Free Trial: Free trial periods may be offered at our discretion and are subject to these Terms.

The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Call List and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Create derivative works based on the Service

No Guarantee of Protection

While our Service is designed to help protect against scams, we cannot guarantee that all fraudulent calls will be detected or blocked. Scammers continuously evolve their tactics, and no system is perfect.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may: Stop using the Service and delete your account
• We may: Suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and data (subject to legal requirements)
• These Terms will remain in effect for surviving provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Call List is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
